Bratastic fabrics try our best to describe and illustrate its products as accurately as possible, but cannot be held liable for any inconstancies of monitor representations of colours. that occurs due to that may occur. Sizes of the kits should allow for a centimetre guidance either way.

This is a small business we do everything we can to keep our visitors details secure. We do not trade,sell or trade emails with anyone rest assured your details will be safe. Orders and payment.

We only ship to U.K. via Royal Mail unless contact has been made requesting another option.

Orders are placed via the checkout button, from where you will be directed to PayPal. PayPal is a safe and secure payment gateway, we do not have access to your payment information. You do not need a PayPal account you can checkout as a guest.

Conformation of your order will be sent via the email address you provide. If you cannot find confirmation of your order please check junk mail if still unable to find do not hesitate to contact us.

Delivery

We aim to process orders within three days of receipt of payment. You will be notified of your order being posted along with tracking number.
Your order will arrive via Royal Mail unless you have contacted us prior to discuss a different option.

Returns

You are entitled to return any items if you change your mind or they are faulty. Should you wish to return an item please contact us in the first instance at bratasticfabrics1@gmail.com Please give your order number and reason for return in the email.

If the item is faulty, damaged or incorrect just return it to us and you will receive a full refund of the purchase price plus any postage charges as appropriate or receive a replacement.

If you decide you’ve changed your mind about an item you will receive a refund of the purchase price only, in accordance with our Refunds and Exchanges policy. Returns are at your own expense.

Please package your returns securely and retain proof of postage as we can take no responsibility for items not received. Once your items are received your refund will be processed via PayPal.
