Tipping powder

Tipping powder used on wires that are too long. Cures the cut ends to look professional. 

This tipping powder must use concentrated heat with a heat gun to make it cure correctly. A hair drier blows too much air to work causing the powder to blow off the wire.
Directions of use.

1. shake the container well to fluff the contents up.
2. Heat the cut end of the wire with the heat gun for 30 seconds.
3. Dip the heated wire end into the contents of the bottle moving around while dipping. 
4. Remove the end from the container, apply the heat gun to the end, melting the powder to a smooth finish.
one coat should be enough. If applied too thick file down to a smaller amount reheat with the heat gun to remelt the outside edge.
